World Mental Health Day 2016

I am re-blogging this because I’m Bipolar. I’m medicated and usually under control (stop sniggering – this IS the best I can do) but I’m lucky, I laugh about it, I make it normal because to me it IS. Part of every moment of every day of my life. But we are just ordinary people with a difference, like colour-blindness or diabetes. Share the word!
